With its very small vineyard of just 90 hectares in the Northern Cotes du Rhone, the prestigious Condrieu Appellation is a rare, almost secret wine. From the Viognier variety, cultivation is done by hand on the very steep slopes, the earth supported by low walls. The South/ South-East exposure, a soil comprising arenas and granitic alluviums make this ideal terrain for a great white wine. This variety produces small, tight bunches that take on a golden glint when ripe, yielding very sweet, perfumed grapes.
