Honeys that make you happy from Les Miels de Joyeuse

We have just added to our collection an exceptional range of honeys from apiaries grouped around the city of Joyeuse in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes in the south of France.  The partner beekeepers of Les Miel de Joyeuse and their gentle practice of artisanal beekeeping harvest the honey from areas of exceptional biodiversity avoiding intense cultivation and focusing on high quality while being respectful to the bees and their environment.
