Grillo grapes are harvested in Petrosino, province of Trapani, in the first half of September. Stalks are removed, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Wide, fine and elegant aromas with hints of exotic fruits and citrus. Dry, carefully balanced and persistent.
