Located on the heights of Bourg Saint Andéol, the vineyard flourishes on the round pebbles of the Montjau hill or "Mountain of Jupiter". The vineyard is made up of old vines and the grapes are picked at a deliberately pushed maturity. A long maceration of 18 days is necessary to harmonize the 4 grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
