The name, LA TORRE, derives directly from the bell tower of Torbiato di Adro at whose foot the farm stands. The Corsini family started the business on the farm in 1969. The debut of the company was marked, above all, by the sale of the grapes and by a minimal winemaking activity without bottling. Since 2001 it has been decided that the quality of the products must acquire a family brand and give birth to a new philosophy and a value for Franciacorta DOCG under the sign of elegance, class and observance of the specification. Today the total area consists of 24 hectares, most of which is destined for the production of Franciacorta DOCG wines.
TASTING NOTES
Less intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, very fine and persistent almost creamy perlage. Decisive bouquet of ripe fruit, accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers and dried fruit, even toasted aromas of almond and hazelnut. To the taste, a pleasant sapidity and freshness are harmonized with an innate softness that recalls the delicate sensations of silk.

Pairing: Ideal for the whole meal, but exceptional with baked pasta, delicate risottos and fish-based dishes such as Sturgeon, Trout, Tench, whitefish and Salmon. Also excellent with prosciutto and moderately seasoned cheese. It also goes very well with bold dishes whose strong flavours are well balanced by its freshness.
